Working with Landlords across South West London providing detailed condition reports.
Your day-to-day role will be to attend various properties across the South West of london area, assessing their condition and creating detailed reports using our industry leading mobile software. Yopu will be responsible for the collection/handover of keys to/from Landlords & Tenants.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Clerk with at least 1 year expereince. Its for a Brilliant Family run independent Agent directly, with a work load of 1 to 2 inventories per day.
Must have 1 year expereince as a Property Clerk as they need to hit the ground running.
