The Role: Supply Chain Planner

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Supply Chain Planner to join the team in Goole. In this role, you will be instrumental in importing materials, managing customs processes, and ensuring accurate declaration of all imported materials. Regular review of site demand and inventory will be crucial. You will also ensure the accuracy and maintenance of SAP data, contributing to the efficient functioning of the department. Collaboration with various supply chain functions, external suppliers, and freight forwarders will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Essentials:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP processes in the Sales & Distribution and Production Planning modules
  • Ability to plan and carry out multiple activities with competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work towards Advanced Customs training
  • Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English (grade C or above)

Desirables:

  • Experience within a Supply Chain environment
  • Customs knowledge
