SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Functional Analyst / Remote /£74.32 per hour

We are seeking an SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Functional Analyst to join our client, a leading aerospace and defence organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to support their established SAP GTS system in the Helicopters division and contribute to the upcoming roll-out in the Electronics division. As a key player in the team, you will design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Lead projects from design to completion, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Technical Problem Solving: Take ownership of and resolve complex technical issues within your GTS speciality.
- Incident Management: Prioritise and deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests, and projects, meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Business Analysis: Work closely with the business to analyse requirements, design, and deliver solutions.
- Migration Support: Provide support for migration projects as needed.
- Customisation: Maintain and customise master data in SAP GTS.
- Debugging: Utilise ABAP for debugging purposes.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure all solutions adhere to internal and external standards.
What We Need from You:
- You must have sole UK Nationality and be eligible for DV clearance
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst.
- Implementation: Proven experience in implementing SAP GTS as a Greenfield project or rollout to a new Company Code.
- Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of SAP GTS and ability to analyze and implement system changes.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and act as the SAP GTS Subject Matter Expert.
- Ticketing Systems: Experience with Service Now and JIRA.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Customs Integration: Experience with SAP GTS integrated with Customs Declaration System.
- Seeburger: Familiarity with Seeburger.
