My client based in East Kent are seeking a Financial Accountant to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This role offers a hybrid working pattern.
Description
The duties of the Financial Accountant are:
- Overseeing the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Actively prepare weekly sales reports and statistics.
- Providing recommendations for budget forecasts.
- Approve payments and responsible for all company quarterly VAT returns.
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
- Manage year-end audit work.
- Approving payments and taking ownership of the balance sheet.
Profile
The successful 'Financial Accountant' will have/be:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Proficient experience in both management and financial accounting.
- FMCG/ Industrial industry experience and management experience would be an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 DOE.
