A main contractor specialising in the refurbishment of Social domestic properties is actively recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee 3 of their latest projects.
You will be responsible for managing 3 large site teams, who will be refitting kitchens & bathrooms on housing sites across the Lancashire area.
Exposure to this type of project in previous roles is essential due to the nature & pace of the works.
