SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic manufacturing business based in the Digbeth area of Birmingham in their search for a Part Time Management Accountant. Supporting the Finance Director you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and accurate month end close, support with budgeting and forecasting as well as help with the day to day running of the finance department.
The successful candidate will have significant experience within a similar role, ideally within manufacturing and be comfortable working a varied and hands on position.
Key Duties Include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts pack.
- Assist in preparation of annual budget.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
- Daily Reconciliations and Journals.
- VAT Returns.
- Annual Stocktake.
- Support with audits.
- Assist with annual customer credit limit audit.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong Excel skills
- Manufacturing experience preferable
- Strong systems experience
