Finance Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 - 28,000 pro rata

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, flexible working hours over 3 or 4 days (one of which must be Friday)

You will be working for a company within the health sector where you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the supplier and purchase ledger as well as processing transactions and payments, all within Sage.

Duties & Responsibilities of the part-time Finance Coordinator:

  • Assist in Annual Supplier Audits
  • Working with the Corporate Services and Finance Director, devise a program and conduct annual supplier reviews, including review of service level provided.
  • Resolve supplier contractual queries from operational teams.
  • Maintain full and accurate purchase and supplier ledger accounting records in Sage.
  • Reconcile supplier statements resolving any discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments are made.
  • Raise sales orders and invoices in Sage
  • Maintain full and accurate Bank account and credit card records.

What you will need to succeed as the part-time Finance Coordinator:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Great organisational skills
  • Strong time management
  • Experience within Sage 50
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • A keen eye for detail
