Role Overview:
This position is ideal for a university graduate looking to develop or gain finance experience within the Entertainment industry. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and strong Excel skills (an Excel test will be part of the interview process).
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and processing royalty figures for payment
- Updating billing agreements and details
- Identifying and addressing recurring errors to reduce inaccuracies
- Reconciling and clearing recharges and accounts
- Acting as the first point of contact for all royalty queries
- Supporting Senior Managers with reporting and financial accounting entries
- Preparing and sending royalty statements
- Performing ad-hoc duties as required
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or royalties
- Strong interest in the Entertainment/Media industry
- Proficient in Excel
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Previous experience with SAP is desired but not essential
