Day to day of the role:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with their purchase and the service provided.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless after-sales support.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Identify and suggest improvements in processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
