We are seeking a dedicated Customer After Sales Support professional to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional after-sales service. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for customers post-purchase, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Day to day of the role:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with their purchase and the service provided.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless after-sales support.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours, including possible weekends or evenings.
