MILK Education is working with a Primary school in the Rochdale (OL10) area who are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA. You will be working across all Key Stages to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible and running until the end of July 2024.
This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 16:00 pm.
You will be required to lead small groups of pupils and be confident teaching across all subjects. It is essential that you have previous experience differentiating work to suit all ability levels as this role will involve working with both lower-ability groups as well as gifted and talented pupils.
The role is to start as soon as possible with a view to continue longer.
Applicants will need to possess:
- HLTA qualification
- The ability to develop positive relationships with staff and students alike
- Strong behaviour managment skills
- 2 suitable references covering the last 2 years
- Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
- Have the eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
