This is a fantastic opportunity for a Process Engineer, or someone with relevant experience in engineering, to gain new skills and grow their career whilst working a part of a close-knit team within a major engineering business. This role will be roughly a 50/50 split between office and shop-floor based work. You will be responsible for a variety of Process Engineering related duties, including the development and implementation of new process activities, working to reduce process-related scrap, supporting production and helping with cost reduction through process improvements.

This role would suit someone looking to establish themselves as a key player in a world-class business, and seeking the opportunity to develop their technical skillset on an ongoing basis.

The Role:

  • Process Engineering position, working with aerospace castings
  • Standard working week, Monday-Friday, with hybrid/WFH options available
  • Highly varied position with a rough 50/50 divide between office and factory based work

The Candidate:

  • Understanding or knowledge of Process Engineering
  • Some knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing (training/qualifications will be provided)
  • A degree background or equivalent qualification would be beneficial, but is not essential
