  • About the Role
  • No cold calling needed, this role is all about candidate and client management.
  • You will be responsible for dealing with candidates and clients on a day to day basis, managing all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Dealing with key decision makers such as site managers, line managers and project managers.
  • Identifying new potential candidates through in-bound ad-response and word of mouth.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to date database of active candidates within the construction industry in order to discover new opportunities every year!

About the Candidate

  • Someone with a strong desire to build and maintain professional working relationships
  • Outgoing, tenacious and competitiveness are all skills that would lend well to this position.
  • Strong desire to progress within the company
  • Fantastic communication skills - both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to be able to work towards monthly retention targets
  • Ideally degree educated with a background in construction or manual labour (neither of these are essential)

Salary / Package / Benefits.

  • Competitive Salary of £32K with a discretionary bonus at the end of the year
  • Increase t0 £35K for Y2
