Page Group are working with a renowned, well known business based between Wakefield & Huddersfield who are looking to appoint a Customer Service & Supply Manager. This role will manage a team responsible for all B2B Customer service function and the management of the customer order book
Description
- Direct Management of a supply chain and logistics focused customer service function, liaising with b2b customer across various channels
- Order book management - ensure the customer order book is well managed with customer receiving their orders within pre agreed timescales
- Ensure customers are kept up to date with any potential changes with their orders
- OTIF - Drive the on time in full metric, undertaking regular process reviews and route course analysis to identify where things have gone wrong historically
- Work closely with production to ensure customers are given accurate lead times and delivery dates
- Work cross functionally with logistics, supply chain, production and warehousing, creating strong working relationships in the process
- Best utilise the SAP systems
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues and resolve within a timely manor
- Provide the team with regular training development and support

- Experience in a similar Customer Service or Supply role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage varying priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement
