Sales and Admin Assistant

Our client is a producer of technical rubber components, working across many different industries, and providing components for many different products. They work within Construction, Engineering, Aerospace, Transportation, as well as a vary of other fields. They are looking for an Internal Sales and Administration Assistant to join their team, working from their office based in Middleton.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales and Customer Service teams
  • Setting up new prospects on the Internal System
  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Preparing and following up Sales Quotes
  • Supporting the Customer Service team, dealing with any Customer Queries

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within a Manufacturing background is ideal
  • Previous use of CRM Systems
  • Positive 'cando' attitude
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
