In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across all phases of business litigation, from pleadings to trial and appeal. You'll be taking on significant responsibilities, including:
- Managing disclosure
- Drafting statements of case
- Witness proofing
- Conducting research and legal analysis
- Preparing for trial
Key qualifications include:
- 1-2 years of post-qualification commercial litigation experience
- Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales (or the ability to practice without sponsorship)
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent academic track record
