The successful Senior Architectural technologist will have substantial experience job running and leading medium- large scale projects across a range of sectors, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and strong portfolio of high quality technical drawings.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Extensive post qualification experience in an Architectural Practice
- Degree in Architectural Technology or similar
- Excellent technical abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and development
- Capable at working well in a team environment
- Lead a small team and oversee emergent team members work
- Job running / project lead experience is essential
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications
- Utilise thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations for compliance
