Ideal role for a candidate with a small amount of property experience
Salary up to £25k+ dependent on experience
Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:00
Property Manager duties include:
- Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors
- Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors
- Renewing safety certifications and contracts
- Issuing section notices
- Organising check ins/outs and inventories
