I am currently working with a well established law firm looking for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy team based in Caterham.
My client is looking for someone who has experience handling their own varied caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity working from the beginning of the transaction through to post completion.
This role would be ideal for someone who is 5+ PQE and has proven experience on handling a varied caseload without supervision and you will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
