Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of?Data and Reporting Analyst within our Data and Reporting team. The role will be responsible for arranging the collection, analysis and reporting of field marketing data, using a range of analysis tools.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Respond to department emails
- Update and Maintain department documentation
- Creation of electronic questionnaires for Data capture
- Write logic and queries to create, extract and analyse data
- Data Administration and Data Cleansing Tasks
- Use Excel Formulas and Macros for data analysis
- Produce weekly and monthly online and written reports for Clients as required
- Create and write Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF reports
- Set up and create Online reporting dashboards
- Consistent production of high quality, accurate reports within tight timescales
- Ensure team deadlines are met
- Communicate updates on task progress to key stakeholders
- Support the needs of the Data and Reporting department and other key stakeholders throughout the business
- Support tender writing activities
- Identify opportunities to improve data analysis services and output
- Identify where there are opportunities to add value and increase client satisfaction
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working with and analysing data
- Previous experience writing client reports
- Confident in using Excel, including experience with Graphs, Macros, Formulas and Pivot tables
- Confident in using Word and PowerPoint to create well-presented documents?
- Experience of writing SQL queries to extract data would be an advantage but not essential
- Understanding of web API would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience manipulating different data sources?and complex data analysis
- Experience of creating online reporting dashboards
- Familiar with Power BI (or similar tools) for creating Online reporting dashboards
- Very strong attention to detail
- Analytical, flexible and able to problem solve
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the role
