Are you an experienced lettings or property management professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking a Senior Lettings Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team based just west of Dereham.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in both lettings and property management duties, so prior experience in these areas is essential.

As a Senior Lettings Coordinator, you will be offered:

  • Up to £28,000 basic DOE
  • OTE of up to £35,000

As a Senior Lettings Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Carrying out regular property inspections and ensuring compliance
  • Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
  • Keeping internal systems and property records up to date
  • Handling general administration duties
  • Responding to enquiries from potential tenants

To be considered for the Senior Lettings Coordinator role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in lettings or property management
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
