As a Lab Technician based at our client's Flint site, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process by supporting the development and implementation of new products with the R&D team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong lab background who enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Duties include;
- Conduct stability testing of new products in accordance with industry guidelines and internal protocols.
- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tests using various equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
- Planning and prioritising workload to ensure that business requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
- Write clear and concise reports and trial instructions.

- Monday - Friday working week (part time or full time hours available, although must be each day in Lab)
- Salary - £25907.28 pro rata
- Bonus Scheme upto 10% of salary, dependant on company results

Ideal Candidate will possess;
- Previous Lab experience
- Science based background preferred, but not essential
- Confident with working within a team
- Strong communication skills as will be working with other stakeholders across different internal departments
- Attention to detail, with good housekeeping skills
- Computer Literate
- Health and Safety conscious
- Previous FMCG Industry experience
