Deployment Engineer 6 Week Contract (Inside IR35) Birmingham
My client is seeking an experienced Deployment Engineer to take on their upcoming Windows 11 rollout: Intune for deployments. This is a 1st line/customer facing role, so previous 1st line triage is essential.
The Deployment Engineer should have an existing skillset surrounding: Intune, laptop builds, user contact/triage, collecting old kit and new software/hardware rollout.
The Deployment Engineer will be required to work 5 days a week onsite in Birmingham.
Deployment Engineer Requirements
- Previous experience as a Deployment Engineer
- Windows 10/11 Upgrade, Admin and Support
- Laptop/desktop builds – deployment using Intune
- Asset tagging new devices (laptops/desktops)
- Collections/shipping out of laptops
- Strong EUC (End User Compute) background
- Operating system deployment using SCCM
- Strong communication & customer support skills
- Excellent Diagnostic and resolution skills
