We have a brand-new opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a team in Billingshurst. We are looking for a brilliant administrator, with excellent communication skills.
Salary: £23k-£26k
Location: Office based in Billingshurst, free parking.
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30pm OR 9:00-5:30pm
Day to day duties will include:
Sales Support Administrator duties:
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries
- Processing billing & invoicing
- Liaise with the sales team and suppliers
- Mange engineers diaries
- Manage stock control and book deliveries
The ideal Sales Support Administrator will have:
- Customer service experience in a busy office
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Scheduling / booking experience
- Great sense of humour
