- Salary £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities of the Practice Accountant:
- Accounts Preparation: For key clients, including reconciliations, analysis, posting depreciation, tax provisions, accruals, and prepayments
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing income statements and balance sheets to ensure transactions align with accounting standards
- Client Training: Providing support and training to clients on online accounting software
- VAT and CIS Reporting: Preparing quarterly VAT returns and managing monthly CIS reports
- Tax Returns: Completing self-assessment tax returns for company directors, the self-employed, and property landlords
- Financial Presentations: Presenting financial reports to management and clients, assisting with periodic reviews, and simple tax planning
Essential Requirements:
- Accountancy degree or are studying for AAT
- You must have at least 3-5 years' experience in accountancy and tax within an accounting practice or finance function in the private sector. Applications that do not demonstrate this experience will not be considered
- Willing to travel locally and occasionally to London. You must hold a full driving licence
