�? Job Role: FOH Receptionist
?? Job Type: Temporary (Monday to Friday, 1PM - 6PM)
? Start: ASAP!
? End: August 30th
?? Salary: £13.15 per hour!
As the Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and main point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees alike. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting, assisting, and directing all guests, clients, and employees with a warm smile and positive attitude.
- Responding promptly to office inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Booking meeting rooms, interviews, and calls to ensure efficient use of office space.
- Keeping the front reception area clean, organised, and inviting.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting the Office Manager with employee wellness initiatives and onboarding new team members.
