Compliance Monitoring Analyst | Lloyd's Broker | London/Hybrid | £45 - 55,000 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be working with a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of Compliance Monitoring, you will be undertaking thematic reviews, identifying risks & providing recommendations, providing MI and supporting on company wide regulatory projects.
Experience required:
- Must have experience of working for an Insurance Broker or insurer/MGA.
- Minimum 2 years' experience of operating in a monitoring or audit role.
- Experience of analysing data and providing management information.
- Excellent regulatory knowledge of the FCA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at various levels including senior management.
- Proficient in the use of MS Tools - Word & Excel.
Please note that you will be required to travel to their London office once a week and there will also be expensed regional travel on a fortnightly basis.
