Role Overview: As the Showroom Manager, you will:
- Ensure the showroom operates efficiently and profitably by following corporate procedures and standards.
- Set and achieve ambitious team and individual targets aligned with our overall sales objectives.
- Motivate and inspire your team to surpass corporate goals and maintain high standards.
- Oversee showroom layout and merchandising to present products effectively and uphold our brand's heritage.
- Manage staffing levels to ensure top-notch customer service and address any issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive showroom performance by maintaining effective communication and managing team objectives.
- Facilitate staff training to keep the team knowledgeable about current products and sales techniques.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends to keep showroom operations current and competitive.
- Represent the company at trade shows and other corporate events.
Desired Profile:
- Proven ability to lead and develop staff, with a track record of achieving team goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales; KBB retail management experience is a plus but not essential.
- A polished professional appearance and a UK driving licence are preferred.
