THE COMPANY:
Our client is an international Law Firm who are seeking a Junior Secretary to join their London team.
THE ROLE:
- Diary management and co-ordinating travel arrangements including, flights, hotels and car transfers
- Draft letters, documents, reports and presentations for meetings
- Maintain and update filling systems
- Inbox and post management, sourcing off-site meeting venues and dealing with invoices
- Act as gatekeeper for the Partner
THE PERSON:
- Motivated and pro-active approach
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Eager to improve skills to develop within the role
- Experience in extensive diary management with professional services
- Strong team player, resilience and works well under pressure
