Location: Manchester Office

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional events? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Manchester, working with some of our key clients on a variety of large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Collaborate with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, or Client Services Directors to deliver client projects. Take ownership of client communication, production elements, and budgets. Oversee and manage projects, brief internal departments, liaise with suppliers, ensure content delivery, and manage logistics and delegate management, all while adhering to ISO9001 standards. Inspire creativity and emotional engagement, and facilitate creative meetings.
  • Financial Management: Maintain full control of project budgets or elements of projects, working to agreed margin targets. Ensure timely reporting and reconciliation, manage payment terms, and invoicing to keep all jobs cash positive.
  • ISO 9001: Assist with training new starters and ensure all account teams follow relevant processes and procedures.
  • New Business: Support account teams with proposals and pitches as needed.
  • CRM: Keep CRM up to date with supplier contacts, supplier grading, and notes.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all projects have adequate Health & Safety coverage, and complete all Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Supplier Management & Audits: Take ownership of supplier relationships to ensure the best service and price.
  • Company Culture: Embrace and promote the company's values and brand behaviours. Encourage team involvement and contribute to maintaining the company culture. Participate actively in team meetings and activities, sharing ideas and having a voice.

Requirements:

  • Extensive event production experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • Video production and graphics experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable with significant amounts of UK travel; occasional international travel may be required
