Engineering Manager
Job Description
- Lead all activities across the Engineering, Design and Project Management departments.
- Ensure clear, cross-functional project plans are in place and adhered to for all projects.
- Lead the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide monthly reports covering project status, spend-against-estimate, resource utilisation, risks, and changes, as well as cost to completion and cash flow projections.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and make decisions on conflicting priorities.
- Manage resourcing, resource requirement forecast and allocation, and capacity planning.
- Improvement of overall procedures, policies, and standards for the organisation.
- Champion continuous improvement activities across all teams.
- Input into p&l, budgeting and forecasting.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a bespoke/special purchase machinery environment
- Project management experience (including budget ownership)
- CAD design experience/knowledge
