Internal Communications & Business Manager | City of London (Hybrid) | £65,000 - £70,000
My client, a global leader within financial services, are currently recruiting for a brand-new position of Internal Communications and Business Manager. They are looking for someone with experience communicating internally via intranet, email, blogs, social media, podcasts and banners!
Your Responsibilities
- Review the current internal communication practices and play a critical role in shaping a new and developed internal communication strategy that fits with the company values
- Own and take control on those areas and execute a new and improved approach that aligns with the company wide strategy
- Create and implement internal content to share on the internal channels to inform and engage colleagues ensuring clarity and consistency
- Host regular meetings with the senior leadership team to share updates and gain feedback
- Translate technical language into more appropriate business messages
- Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on any internal comms matters
About you
- 5+ years' experience within a communications role, a smaller tech organisation preferred
- Experience developing, designing and writing communications via various channels such as articles and blog posts
- Proficient in multiple communication tools and platforms
- Good understanding of storytelling and presenting data
