The Company:
One of the largest AV Integrators in the UK, our company has a proven track record of excellence in audio-visual integration projects across various sectors. With over 100 employees, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Service Engineers to join us.
Brief Overview of Role:
We are looking for Service Engineers to carry out maintenance and service visits for our high-end residential clients in London and the South of England.
Duties:
- Servicing and maintenance of high-end residential AV systems, including home cinemas, networks, and lighting controls.
- Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance visits.
- Troubleshooting programming related issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with AV hardware, control systems, and audio DSPs.
- Resolving network related issues and reconfiguring network switches and routers as needed.
- Accurately updating service documentation.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- 2+ years of experience as an AV Engineer.
- Commissioning or service experience in a residential AV environment.
- Strong knowledge of networks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Package:
- £35,000 - £45,000 salary, dependent on experience.
