Inheritance Solicitor Will Writing - Dublin Relocation

The largest Inheritance Law Firm in Denmark and a growing leader in Sweden is looking for an Inheritance Solicitor to join the team in Dublin. Establishing in 2019, they have expanded to over 100 employees and are looking for someone with a specialisation in Irish family inheritance/estate law to help shape the future of the company.

What you'll do as Inheritance Solicitor?

  • Lead the implementation of Irish Inheritance/Estate law into our innovative legal platform.
  • Initially collaborate closely with our IT team to integrate Irish family Inheritance law into our

systems.

  • Develop and refine legal templates for wills, Powers of Attorney, and other products.
  • Assist in shaping and offering the company's legal service in Ireland.
  • Travel to Copenhagen periodically (in the beginning) to work with our tech team in building and fine-tuning relevant templates.
  • Once the system aligns with Irish law, transition to regular legal duties, including finalizing

documents and providing legal assistance to clients and the internal team.

We're looking for an Inheritance Solicitor with:

  • Experience in Irish inheritance/Estate law, with a proven record in drafting Wills,

establishing enduring Powers of Attorney, and handling other matters.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, start-up environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to Copenhagen (in the beginning) as required for collaboration with the IT team.
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
