Description

  • Lead the accounting & finance team in strategic financial planning and operations.
  • Ensure the team meets financial accounting, reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes.
  • Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Manage budget preparations and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Promote and uphold the company's values and culture within the team.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statutory regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in the public sector.
