We're looking for a self-sufficient, experienced recruiter to manage an entire recruitment and onboarding cycle, review and improve processes, and grow as an expert in the field.

Who will you be working for?

Our Client is an innovative global think tank.

What you will be doing?

This is an exciting in-house opportunity for an ambitious and proactive Recruitment Advisor to lead and deliver all recruitment activities across all entities. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Setting up and executing the annual recruitment plan
  • Providing guidance to hiring managers
  • Implementing the recruitment system and process improvements
  • Promoting inclusive recruitment practices
  • Supporting an inclusive culture and embedding equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

About you?

You will need to be naturally proactive and an ambitious team player with a strong track record in sourcing talent in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment needs of all Research Programmes and Support Functions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in global talent acquisition or recruitment at all levels, including senior roles.
  • Knowledge of sourcing candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn, social media, and online job sites.
  • Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and resourceful attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook).

Abilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Source and recruit for any business needs globally.
  • Effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Negotiate and influence effectively.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £39,220pa-£43,460pa (salary dependent on experience) with opportunity for growth within the role.
