Job Title: Corporate Paralegal
Salary: Flexible, dependant on experience. Est £28K - £38K
Location: Bristol, office based.

Highly ranked Legal 500 firm with offices across the UK Are looking to take on another paralegal with their Corporate Law department.

Main Responsibilities
- Work one-to-one with team members, supporting them with matters such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Tax, Private Equity and Shareholder Arrangements.
- Review, draft and report on a variety of legal documents inclusive of contracts, agreements and correspondence to clients.
- Attend client meetings and liaise with them directly via telephone and email.
- Provide transactional support on all corporate projects
Essential Criteria
- You must have experience working in Corporate law.
- Strong academic background.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Experience working as a paralegal 1 year +
- Motivated, ambitious can do attitude.

You must apply for the training contract internally. This vacancy does not come with a training contract already. You need to work within the company for at least a year to qualify for training contract applications.
The firm offers work life balance but this does not mean fully remote working. We encourage Paralegals to have more of a presence in the office so you can learn from the people around you. Speeding up you career progression. This vacancy is a full time office based position, hybrid is available once you have settled into the firm but again, this isn't after X period of time.
