We're looking for someone who can handle all of that, without getting flustered and without needing to be chased. If you like things neat, on time, and properly coded, we'll get along just fine.
Here's what you'll be doing:
?? Managing the Purchase Ledger inbox
?? Processing and coding invoices. Getting them where they need to go.
?? Sending them for authorisation. Chasing when they inevitably don't come back.
?? Posting everything online - quickly, accurately, no drama.
?? Reconciling supplier statements (because those don't match themselves).
?? Chasing missing invoices when the statement's off but the supplier swears it's all sent.
?? Matching stock invoices , so things line up and nobody gets overpaid.
?? Dealing with any Purchase Ledger queries. Calmly. Clearly. Without playing email tennis for three days.
?? 20 hours a week.
?? Office-based.
?? 23 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata).
?? Free parking on site.
