**Vehicle Senior Service Advisor
Location: High Wycombe
Salary Range: £30,000 – £40,000 pa + Benefits
Permanent, Full time
Hours: 8.00 am -5.00 pm or 9.00 am – 6.00 pm

How you will spend your day:
- This role heads up the reception team and is responsible for the client experience overall
- Establish a rapport with and provide outstanding customer service in person and on the phone.
- Book in customers vehicles for mots, servicing and repairs
- Prepare quotes and provide to the customer
- Raise invoices and collect payment before release of vehicle
- Manage any follow up work that could be required on the customers vehicles and keep then informed of the progress of their vehicle
- You will be working closely with other members of the service reception team to share knowledge and learning
About you:
- A passion to deliver good customer service
- Excellent telephone, face to face and email communication
- Experience of working in a vehicle repair workshop, familiar with the terms and abbreviations of the motor trade
