Responsibilities:

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Accompanying the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily responsibilities
  • Assisting with the installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring equipment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Providing exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

  • No previous experience required
  • Valid BPSS clearance - this will be conducted by Adecco should you be successful in application
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
