Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee the full administration process, ensuring smooth operations
- Ensure client suitability requirements are met and provide support to the Investment Manager
- Handle account openings, closures, tax queries, portfolio transfers, and client data updates
- Answer phone calls and assist with client meetings as needed
- Support advisers in preparing for client meetings and reviews

Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in an administrative role within financial services (wealth management, financial planning, or banking preferred)
