The Role of Hire Desk Controller:
- As the Hire Desk Controller, you will be responsible for receiving orders for the hiring of Excavation Supports and Lifting & Safety equipment.
- You'll also be responsible for the requests of collections of equipment.
- A key part of the role of Hire Desk Controller is the planning of transport for deliveries and collections.
- You'll be tasked with the accurate calculation of quotes for hiring and dealing with damages/calculating those costs.
- Liaising with staff, both within the depot and the external sales force is paramount to ensuring an accurate and timely service to customers.
- As the Hire Desk Controller, you'll maintain an effective and positive relationship with customers. Building rapport overtime to retain existing business
- The role of the Hire Desk Controller is based at the companies Bristol Depot, working Monday-Friday.
