My client based in Taunton, who work in the banking and financial services sector, are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.
You will be engaging in conversations with customers' to find out their needs, providing information to them about their full range, products and services that they offer. By really listening to and getting to know their customers, you will help them to review their circumstances and what their goals are, whether that be financial, family, retirement, peace of mind or even a new home and through this proactively identify the most appropriate products to suit their needs. All the while providing a straightforward, helpful service that lets your enthusiasm shine through.
The role will be working face to face with customers, holding customer conversations and relationship building – highlighting their products and services and booking reviews where they can further recommend products and services, working on an online and outbound telephone system, transactional activities, compliance with audit, policies and standards.

- Having difficult conversations with customers such as bereavements, vulnerabilities, complaints
- Working to targets/KPI's/SLA's
- Experience in financial services/payments/or a similar role would be beneficial.
Permanent
36 hours per week Monday to Saturday (Monday – Friday 8.45am until 5pm, Saturdays 9am until 12noon, around 2 per month but flexible).
£22,464 plus discretionary bonus scheme dependent on personal and company performance (8% on average)
25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays (rising by 1 day per year of service up to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years)
