£55,000 per annum
We are looking for an agile and ambitious Digital Transformation Manager to help drive our transformation and ability to make data driven decisions.
Our business is experiencing strong growth fuelled by a robust and rapidly growing customer base. We are rapidly expanding across all of our sites and as such are now investing heavily in our digital transformation strategy.
In combination with our strategy, the role will be responsible for enabling the group of production sites digitally through a combination of initiatives from network upgrades to cloud-based computing and connectivity. The position is well suited to an innovative, self-motivated technician that enjoys autonomy and the ability to have a real impact on a successful SME in the engineering industry.
You will be supported by an ambitious, dynamic and innovative senior management team that are keen to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a technology roadmap to improve digitalisation within the business.
- Continued optimisation of our existing ERP system as well as the adoption of future features.
- Encouragement of digital innovation and work with the senior management team to develop the appropriate IT strategy for our business.
- Strategic involvement in the business strategy

- Ability to grasp the detail and lead the implementation of your own ideas, with support where necessary.
