Graduate Site Engineer - Required for our client to join their specialist Civil Engineering contracting business based in West Sussex. The company that the Graduate Site Engineer will be working for are a well-established Civil Engineering contractor, whom work on projects from conception through construction to project delivery. The companies' specialities span across a variety of different sectors including water and waste water, infrastructure and coastal protection.
The Graduate Site Engineer will be supporting the Senior Site Engineer and Site Engineer.

Position Remuneration
- Salary: £28k - £32k DOE
- 25 Days holiday + BH

**Graduate Site Engineer
Position Overview
- ?Day to day Setting out and Surveying
- Monitoring of movement, vibration levels, noise levels, material certification etc
- Checking calibration of survey equipment.
- Checking and recording new drawing issues for amendments and variances to work completed, underway or planned. Highlight these to the Site manager
- Monitoring and recording material volumes imported, exported, used or waste in conjunction with the Site manager.
- Calling off materials - measuring up for quantities
- Assisting the Site manager with site returns and quality system paperwork.
- Arranging material deliveries.
- Ensure a safe working environment and maintain standards of Health and Safety, Environment and Quality.
- Raising technical and other queries.
**Graduate Site Engineer
Position Requirements
- Experience of working on construction sites ideally in marine, flood defense, water or infrastructure environment in an engineering role
- HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with Site Surveying & Setting Out
- Experience with Total stations and GPS surveying systems
- Full driving license
- Experience of supervising team members.
- Word, Excel and Outlook
- Some experienced with surveying and AutoDesk software packages.
- Microsoft Project (desirable).
