- Collaborate with print suppliers, photography, and video companies to produce high-quality sales brochures
- Lead the creative process from inception to completion, ensuring top-notch output
- Serve as a pivotal link between the residential property market and potential buyers
Preferred Requirements:
- Detailed understanding of the residential property market
- Confidence in interpreting property title documentation and planning history
- Experience as a Conveyancer, Estate Agent, or Sales negotiator
- Intuitive grasp of the sale complexities of residential and agricultural properties over £1 million
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with impeccable written English
