Job Title: Salesforce Technical Consultant

Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 per annum + benefits & bonus
The Role: As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you'll work across various industry sectors, including Consumer Products, Automotive, Telecommunications, Retail, Public, and Life Sciences. You'll assist clients in transforming their businesses using the Salesforce.com platform and its extensive ecosystem of apps. Your tasks will range from understanding business requirements to developing proofs of concept and final solutions used by thousands of end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Salesforce functional consultants, Technical Architects, and Solution Architects to understand client requirements and develop Salesforce solutions.
- Build solutions using declarative tools, Salesforce Lightning, and Apex within an agile team environment.
- Integrate new functionalities for clients using Salesforce apps, such as digital signature capture and artificial intelligence.
- Enhance your professional communication, presentation, and design thinking skills through client interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical experience with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service).
- Practical experience with Salesforce technologies like Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in project work on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with medium to large complex end-user or client projects.
- Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1) certification, with a desire for further certifications and Trailhead Super badges.
- Experience with agile project delivery and teamwork in highly skilled Salesforce development teams.
- Ability to translate conceptual business needs or user stories into implementable solutions.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with 3rd party delivery partners and AppExchange vendors is a plus (e.g., Apptus, Mulesoft, Cloudsense)
