Description
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of debts
- Regularly updating and maintaining accurate financial records
- Communicating with customers in German and English, resolving any queries or issues
- Monitoring changes in the credit risk of customers
- Assisting in the preparation of management reports
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit control processes
- Working closely with the wider Accounting & Finance team
- Complying with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Profile
A successful German Speaking Credit Controller should have:
- Fluency in German and English
- A strong understanding of credit control processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in using financial software
- A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
