- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance.
- Implement best practices in procurement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
- Analyze spending patterns and develop cost-saving initiatives.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance procurement practices.
Profile
- Ideally you will come from FMCG Manufacturing and be used to fast paced environments
- High spend and significant project sourcing experience is advantageous
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
