  • This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes.

Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance.
  • Implement best practices in procurement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
  • Analyze spending patterns and develop cost-saving initiatives.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance procurement practices.

Profile

  • Ideally you will come from FMCG Manufacturing and be used to fast paced environments
  • High spend and significant project sourcing experience is advantageous
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
