JRRL has a great long-term temp job opportunity with full training in Fleet Administration for a company in Westerham. You will be managing all matters related to company vehicles, which requires good organisational and administrative skills.
Duties for the Administrator:
- Assisting the Fleet Manager with tracking drivers and vehicles and ensuring documentation is fully up to date.
- Paying parking tickets.
- Organising vehicle hires with an outsourced company.
- Ensuring vehicles and drivers are fully insured on hire vehicles.
- Monitoring trackers that record mileage.
- Organising recovery of vehicles.
- Assisting the manager from time to time with accident management.
- Operating the company's internal system and working on Microsoft Excel.
Person Specification for the Administrator:
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confident with Excel (no formulas needed).
- Keen to learn.
- Interested in a career in Fleet management.
