My client, a respected and long-established Insurance Broker, are looking for an experienced Insurance professional, to support their team.

  • Process and review applications.
  • Maintain and update client records and insurance files.
  • Verify the accuracy of insurance documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about insurance policies and claims.
  • Prepare and distribute insurance documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
